We have some news about the progress of OneWorldFoundation projects in Panama. Specifically, our Panamanian leader and very passionate volunteer Rafa Vargas has been visiting several people and causes that may need the help of the foundation.
In particular, the case of a girl who, due to a degenerative disease, has little mobility and always needs personalized attention. Rafa has also found out about social work carried out by Belén. She runs a humble social canteen that provides food for more than a hundred children in the neighbourhood. Our heart be with Belén, a person we should admire, respect and, if possible, help improve the service to the community she provides.
As for the progress, as we have said before, Rafa Vargas has been able to check out the construction site of Jesus Daniel’s house. Here OneWorldFoundation in collaboration with the Ayoudas Foundation contributed to financing some structural improvements. The house has been extended, improved and adapted for the child’s mobility, who can start to try out his new prostheses very soon.
